If you're looking for a similar blue cyan shade, there are some better alternatives to Smalt Color. The Azure Dragon color for instance is a darker and a bit more faded option, however this color has a cool cyan bias. Consider a lighter and more soft alternative called Soulstone Blue (#0047ab) for more calm effect. Try Underwater Falling as it also a bit more faded and calm.
